2017 FOOD VENDORS REGISTRATION
With continual activities in the park, two areas with continual entertainment and activities, we expect a large audience. (Last year’s attendance was 4,200.) We are looking for a variety of food vendors — from finger and snack foods to desserts. Permit information will be sent via email once you have applied. All food vendors must meet Hot Springs County public food regulations.
BOOTH COSTS $40.00 FOR EACH 12’ X 15’ BOOTH SPACE
- All exhibits must be set up no later than 9 am Saturday and Sunday.
- Exhibitors must provide their booth set-up, including appropriate tent, canopy or covering, tables, chairs, etc.
- Exhibitors must be prepared for inclement weather. There is no rain date and no refunds will be given for weather related issues.
Applications will be accepted through: July 30, 2017
FOOD PERMIT: a Wyoming Temporary Food Permit is required, if you are preparing and/or selling food. It must be posted at your booth. Please contact Joe Martinez by calling 307-864-3674 for a permit and instructions for serving food.
LICENSE & TAXES: The total tax to be collected is 5% which you are responsible for submitting. Forms will be available at the Kiwanis booth..
