Invitational Art Show
Regulations
You may qualify for the juried show if you are the maker of what you sell. (If it is a joint or family venture, list individuals and relation (husband-wife, parent-children work accepted). Your work may incorporate some commercially produced parts, but the design and execution of the work must be your own product and the major component of the item. No imports or manufactured items are allowed for sale in the Handmade Show. No edibles or consumables (soaps, oils, salves, plants, baked goods — anything that is used up/eaten/devoured). If your work falls in that category, please apply to the Kiwanis Craft Fair.
You must be present at your booth to personally sell your work.
You are expected to talk about your work or be able to demonstrate some step or skill to those who come to your booth.
TO ENTER INVITATIONAL ART SHOW:
1) Fill out FORM BELOW.
2) PHOTOS: Submit 3-5 photos of work you will be exhibiting/selling (preferably digital) with the form below. If you are unable to do digital photography, call 307-480-0491. Photos are required.
Acceptance in the Handmade show is based on originality and workmanship quality. Crafts must be made by the person submitting the entry and who will be at the festival.
3) DEADLINE July 30, 2017. Send no fee. Fee is due upon acceptance. You will be notified within seven days of your application. The earlier you apply, the earlier you know.
4) Once you have been notified, go online to pay fee of $40. Payment by Paypal is free and you need not have a Paypal account. If you have difficulty, contact wyomingfolkfestival@gmail.com.
